Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in a fee of 50% of your service cost. A no-show will result in a full charge of your appointment cost. This is to honor & respect the time of our therapists as well as the availability for other guests. Thank you for understanding.
