Ashiatsu Deep Feet Therapy (Ashi = foot and Shiatsu = pressure), is a Chinese bodywork that utilizes a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists can provide an effective therapeutic massage that resolves long standing pain without causing discomfort.

A guided session is the way we’re able to share our therapeutic sauna process. We’ll walk you through cycled rounds of heat, cold, and rest to get the most out of the experience and to achieve maximum health benefits

Our guide will also talk with you about some of science behind why sauna makes you feel so good!

They are there to stoke the fire and throw water on the hot stones to create wood fired sauna’s characteristic steam. They will also share some of their experience and answer any questions along the way.

Hydration:

Please hydrate thoroughly the day/night before and leading up to your appointment. Be prepared to hydrate during and after your sauna session as well.

The experience you’ll have and benefits you’ll receive are directly related to how much you hydrate!!

Water, tea, and electrolyte replacement beverages are all provided.

What To Bring:

Please bring a swimsuit or other outfit you’re comfortable working up a sweat in!

Sandals aren’t necessary but are preferred. We have extras to offer should you forget.
