Each massage is custom designed around your needs, with options ranging from full-body relaxation to focused therapeutic work. Your session may include hot stones, steamed towels, custom aromatherapy, and a complimentary botanical foot soak.

Your massage takes place in a private treatment room where silence is honored. Your therapist will step out while you undress to your comfort level and settle beneath the linens.

Massage styles vary by therapist and may include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, craniosacral, prenatal, or Ashiatsu barefoot massage.

Nothing special is needed for your visit. Simply arrive as you are.

This is a self-guided experience designed to move you between heat, cold, and rest.

You’ll have up to two hours to settle into the space, moving through our Nordic steam sauna, cold therapy, outdoor air, and quiet integration areas at your own pace. Most guests spend about 90 minutes in the active circuit.

Signature ritual products for body, face, and hair are included, along with access to the fire pit, meditation cave, massage chairs, and Mama Roots for fresh juices, nourishing meals, and refreshments.
