  • This is a custom-designed massage experience created to support deep rest and restoration. Your session is guided by your preferences and layered with hot stones, steam towels, and aromatherapy.

    You’ll be in a private treatment room where silence is honored. Your therapist will step out to allow you to undress to your comfort level and settle onto the table beneath the linens.

    Techniques may include deep tissue, relaxation, craniosacral, prenatal massage, or Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), depending on your therapist and your preferences.

    Your experience concludes with Integration—a 30-minute, grounding close that includes a warm botanical foot soak, steam towels, and restorative elements to help you fully settle and receive.

    Integration is an optional add-on and is not included in the length of your massage session.

    Comfortable clothing for after your session is recommended. Robes are provided for movement throughout the space.

  • This is a self-guided experience designed to move you between heat, cold, and rest.

    You’ll have up to two hours to settle into the space—spending time in the sauna, cold immersion, outdoor air, and quiet integration areas as it feels right for you. Most guests spend about 90 minutes in the active circuit.

    You’ll also have access to our ritual products and spaces, thoughtfully placed throughout.

    Please bring a swimsuit—everything else is provided.

    Each session is facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist trained in ketamine-assisted therapy. Your experience is thoughtfully guided and supported from preparation through integration.

    Offerings may include individual or group journeys, depending on your needs and preferences.

Our Process

Arrival:


Parking and main entrance are located in the back of the building. You’ll enter through our café space, where you’ll be welcomed and guided from there.

To preserve the flow of the space, we recommend arriving no more than 10 minutes before your session time.

Your Visit:

Each experience is guided and designed to give you space to settle in.

If you’re receiving bodywork, we’ll begin with a short intake to tailor the session to you.

From there, we will lead you through your experience.

What To Bring:


Bring a swimsuit for bathhouse use. Everything else is provided.

What’s Provided:

Towels, robes, and sandals are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, and access to our ritual products and spaces.

Changing areas and a designated space for your belongings are available.

Water is available throughout your visit, with additional food and drink offerings available through Mama Roots, including smoothies, cold-pressed juice, coffee, tea, and light meals.
