Massage Experience

This is a custom-designed massage experience created to support deep rest and restoration. Your session is guided by your preferences and layered with hot stones, steamed towels, and aromatherapy.

Before your session, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your experience based on your needs and intentions. You may choose anywhere from whole-body flow to focused attention on specific areas, with pressure ranging from deep relaxation to targeted relief for pain and tension.

You may also choose complementary enhancements to further personalize your experience, including a weighted blanket, steamed facial towels, exfoliating dry brushing, and Integration — a complimentary additional 30-minute grounding close offered with every massage experience. Integration includes a warm botanical foot soak in our Restorative Lounge, with the option to enjoy nourishing food and drink from Mama Roots while you settle and restore.

You’ll be in a private treatment room during your massage session, where silence is honored. Your therapist will step out to allow you to undress to your comfort level and settle beneath the linens.

Techniques may include deep tissue, relaxation, craniosacral, prenatal massage, or Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), depending on your therapist and your preferences.

Comfortable clothing for after your session is recommended. Robes are provided for movement throughout the space.

This is a self-guided experience designed to move you between heat, cold, and rest.

You’ll have up to two hours to settle into the space—spending time in the sauna, cold immersion, outdoor air, and quiet integration areas as it feels right for you. Most guests spend about 90 minutes in the active circuit.

You’ll also have access to our ritual products and spaces, thoughtfully placed throughout.

A massage-based facial experience designed to relieve jaw tension, head tension, and facial holding while nourishing the skin and calming the nervous system. Includes facial steaming, cleansing, mask application, toner, moisturizer, red light therapy, facial massage, and focused work through the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and chest.

Hair Ritual — $115
A deeply restorative head spa experience focused on scalp invigoration, tension relief, and nourishment for the hair and nervous system. Includes warm herbal hair oil, scalp and head massage, shampooing and conditioning, steamed towels, and a facial infusion with cleansing, mask, toner, moisturizer, and facial massage integrated throughout the experience.

Foot Infusion — $25
An exfoliating foot treatment using a sugar scrub, bentonite clay mud, and eucalyptus and tea tree foot cream to soften, detoxify, and restore tired feet.

Recovery Infusion — $25
Targeted recovery support integrated into your massage experience using your choice of a locally grown CBD recovery blend or an herbal non-CBD alternative designed to support pain relief, muscular recovery, and deeper restoration.

Cupping Infusion — $25
Therapeutic cupping integrated into your massage experience to address areas of chronic tension, stagnation, and muscular holding based on your preferences and therapist guidance.

Stone Drench Infusion — $25
An immersive layering of additional hot stones woven throughout the entirety of your massage experience for deeper warmth and restoration.

Restorative Lounge

A complimentary additional 30-minute grounding foot soak experience designed to help you settle and restore following your service.

The Unwind — $35
A 45-minute soaking ritual in the Restorative Lounge designed for slower restoration and intentional pause. Self-guided ritual kits may be added, including facial, hair, dental, manicure, and pedicure care. Guests also have the option to enjoy nourishing food and drink from Mama Roots while they unwind.
